Hey! This is really cute by the way <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>
Ummm I would say that the girl's face is kind of strange--I can't tell what she's feeling. Her body language seems excited but her face seems dull. If you want to show her being sexy, then exaggerate that, or if you want to show her being cute, exaggerate that too! This looks like she can't decide which one she wants to be, LOL. Also, her lips don't really make sense... xD The girl's shoes are also too square. I'm going to assume that the brogues you intend to draw aren't supposed to be that boxy.
It appears that you have more experience drawing girls than drawing guys, because the guy's body is much more stiff than the girl's. There's too many straight lines!! It's okay if a guy is lanky, but if his body has literally no curves then he looks more robotic than human. You may want to look at how other artists draw bishounen (take a look at UtaPri!).
The colors don't feel quite right in this work... for one thing, you should erase the lines where you shade. They're really, really distracting and don't contribute very much. Instead, you should let the shading "do the talking." Don't be afraid to get bold! If the shadow on the wall is as dark as you made it in the picture, it should be that dark on their clothes too. So get adventurous, and there's no wrong in screwing up and trying again.
I enjoyed critiquing your work and have a nice day! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="366" title=" (Big Grin)"/>
